In my opinion, when you start to design a garage the most important is to make it attractive to the city. I tried to turn usual garage into an event. The site under garage is between two thoroughfares of the third transport ring of Moscow. Nowadays it is the extended rectangular wasteland. I decided to drown garage under the earth and to make a parking on two continuous ramps. The roof of garage repeats internally the device is devided into two parts. The part which further from an outcome is given to citizens, open tennis courts are organized on it. The part of a roof which is turned to transport knot, is fenced off from a stream wave with a high wall which is also the screen for automobile movie theater.
