This house is situated in the center of the coastal city of Yalta, on a cool slope of the hill. From there opens shaking on the sea and on a decline. I took a form as a basis wrong a site, and “unbent” the top corner, thus all floors were pressed into the earth, and some apart- ments tower in the top part of a slope. Each apartment has balcony or opportunity to come to a roof of the bottom inhabited level, and all have a fine, pure view of the gulf.
