The high-rise building is located next to the small city Kokoshkino near Moscow. According to the masterplan developed by me this building is located in the center of the new residential area in the territory of new Moscow. I tried to pay the main attention to a lattice of a facade and materials. Large panels from black basalt and the modernist rigid lattice which is completely reflecting everything be- ing inside, everything has to emphasize solidity of the building.
