Designing this house we tried to create the most comfortable environment for life in the downtown. We wanted to transfer the luxury of country life. The house consists of the various size of villas. Each has the balcony, a garden or a verandah. In this project we paid attention to the degree of transparency and openness of each apartment. With increase of number of storeys the quantity of the glazing increases. The glazing is presented not only in the form of light windows, but also in the form of the “glass” curtains refracting light and creating more difficult types from within the apartments, and cylindrical surfaces from the opaque glass, muffling bright light in the southern part of the building.
